Hey all! Hope you had a fabulous weekend.
Due to the insanely nice weather, I took my workout outside for a jog. I feel so much better when it’s nearing the end of the day, the air is cooling down, and I can head out for a quick run.
Other events from the weekend include beach time with the dog, ribs fresh off the grill, sushi date night, and a bit of cleaning. In standard fashion, I was not much of a picture taker. I gotta fix this!
I have a pretty busy week ahead of me with some early mornings and new pregnant clients. I’m loving my busier schedule, but now it’s hard to fit in the workouts I’d like to do!
Aside from waking up earlier to exercise, any tips from you guys on how you fit in your workouts?
