Happy Friday! I realized it’s kind of been awhile since I posted a Friday Five. Today I’m touching on blogging, running, working out, and…FOOD. No one can turn down a tempting (and healthy) sweet treat!
How to Grow Your Blog and Make Money via Peanut Butter Fingers – this one’s for all the bloggers out there! Julie got to attend the conference that I was itching to go to, and this is a recap from one of the sessions she attended. Some rich info in there, check it out!
Chocolate Cherry Decadence Smoothie via To Live & Diet in L.A. – this smoothie sounds amazing! Since I don’t have the hemp protein and almond milk, I’d probably use our regular chocolate protein and skim milk. Either way, chocolate + cherries are a fabulous combo any which way.
The Downside of Running With Others via NYTimes Well – NYTimes Well is killing it lately. This one is a little story of a woman and her running group and I could totally understand her feelings! An entertaining read.
Confessions of a Group Exercise Instructor via Shh… Fit Happens – all those fitness instructors out there will enjoy this one! It’s also a good read for those who aren’t instructors–it just might make you a little more appreciative of the classes you love to go to. 🙂
Vegan Chunky Monkey Cookie Dough Bites via Healthy Helper – These look insanely delicious. I will admit that I don’t have coconut spread or sunflower seed butter, but I’m sure I could think of a non-vegan alternative to make these bites… might be my weekend activity!
