Christmas week + helping others

This past week I was up in New Jersey visiting my family. It was a week filled with food, hanging around, play time with my nieces and nephews…and a smattering of 4-mile runs. The sign that I had a great time?

When we’re up in New Jersey we like to plan out the special foods that we can never quite find in Miami, and this week we prioritized bagels and…

YUM.

Taylor ham, egg, and cheese with salt, pepper, ketchup on a round roll. Breakfast of champions.

Anyway, I had the pleasure of meeting with a neighbor who is thinking of dipping her toes in the fitness industry. We spent an hour at Starbucks talking about how to balance a personal training/group fitness position while staying in a full-time job, which certifications are best for her goals (and most credible), what her true fitness interests are, etc. It was really fun to help guide someone who is considering the switch to fitness. I can’t wait to hear how it all goes for her!

This leads me to my actual point for today’s post. If any of you have questions, want to try something, need guidance, or just want to talk about how much you love working out, reach out to me. I love talking to others and if I can help in any way that’s even more rewarding!

Hope you all had a stellar holiday week. Rest up and hydrate today for New Year’s Eve tomorrow!
