This quote is soooo relevant for me today. I’m a little tired, had early morning sessions, and am feeling the anxiety for today’s training run. It involves running at my goal pace for a mile, recovering for a half mile, then repeating. Not sure I have the push to get me through this faster pace!

I might have to bribe myself with a reward, hmm…what should I choose?

What are your perceived limitations? One of mine is totally psyching myself out on long runs. I get scared and think I can’t go as far as I’m supposed to. LAME, I just have to get over it! You guys will keep me going!
